Meet Our Staff

Kelby Murphy, MPH- Executive Director

Born in Kansas, Kelby Murphy has lived in Alaska for several years, moving after receiving her BS from Washington State University. Kelby earned her MPH from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and her graduate work focused on the impact of state legislation on health care workforce shortages in Alaska. She enjoys just about every subject and believes everything–from the weather to policy to microbiology– influences one’s health. She is especially interested in health and nutrition policy, health care quality, health literacy, and community engagement. In her spare time, Kelby is a personal assistant to her two dogs, Libbylu and Bartley.

Jacqueline Ann Fowler Yeagle, MPA– Senior Program Specialist, Policy and Program Evaluation 

Jacqui Yeagle received her BS in Urban Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her MPA from the University of Alaska Southeast. A long-time Alaska resident, Jacqui is very interested in the connections between public health policy and other policy areas, especially urban and environmental policy. Her favorite flower is the tulip.

Lauren Angelo, MPH- Senior Program Specialist, Research and Program Evaluation 

Lauren is new to Alaska and originally hails from the state of Maine. She received both her BS and MPH from the University of New England. Lauren’s particular interests are in health policy and the interactions between public health and socioeconomic factors.

Lilly Conducy- Office Manager

Lilly is a born and raised Alaskan. She received her BA degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing. Lilly is especially interested in music, literature, rap music, and ice fishing.

Jeri Kopet- Special Projects

Jeri currently lives in Spokane, WA, due to family circumstances- but considers Alaska her second home. She received her BA in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University and is especially interested in psychology, gender studies, and writing. She enjoys good coffee and wears too much leopard print.
